    To be honest, I have never stepped inside this branch; I've only used the ATM. Mobile banking apps and ATMs have, for the most part, rendered front office banking obsolete. With that being said, the ATM lines are short and the machines are usually operational and easy to use. It's also in a safe, well-lit area, meaning that I have no issue depositing cash in the middle of the night.

    My son went in to the bank the other day, he said that the lady that helped him said she was the manager... she said she was super rude ... and not helpful at all. He came home and explained to me what happened ... very unprofessional ... treat everyone with respect young & old. No matter what the situation... I wish I wouldn't have to give one star. I have been a customer of Bank of America all my life & have never felt like this ...
